How accurate are the forecasts? ▾

iCaelum aggregates data from six trusted sources — DMI, SMHI, FMI, Yr, Open-Meteo, and OpenWeatherMap. Accuracy varies by location and time horizon, but comparing multiple models gives you a much clearer picture than any single provider.

Does iCaelum work offline? ▾

Sun/moon calculations, shadow tools, and previously cached data all work offline. Live weather data requires an internet connection, but the app is optimised for minimal data usage.

Which iOS versions are supported? ▾

iCaelum requires iOS 18.0 or later and is optimised for all current iPhone models. We ship regular updates to track the latest iOS features.

Is my location data private? ▾

Yes. Location is used only to fetch relevant sky and weather data and is never stored on our servers or shared with advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
