By downloading, installing, or using iCaelum ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

iCaelum is a weather and celestial tracking application for iPhone that provides:

Multi-source weather forecasts from trusted meteorological services
Precise sun and moon tracking and calculations
Wind visualisation and mapping
Shadow calculations and tools
Customisable activity profiles
Weather notifications and alerts

License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use iCaelum for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

Modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for commercial purposes without written permission
Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels

Weather Data Disclaimer

Important: Weather data is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy by aggregating data from multiple trusted sources, weather conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably. Do not rely solely on iCaelum for critical safety decisions.

You acknowledge and agree that:

Weather forecasts are estimates and may not be completely accurate
Severe weather warnings should be confirmed with official sources
We are not responsible for decisions made based on weather data provided
Professional meteorological services should be consulted for critical activities

User Responsibilities

As a user of iCaelum, you agree to:

Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use the App for any illegal or harmful purposes
Respect the intellectual property rights of Fasulloland and third parties
Not attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorised features
Keep your App updated to the latest version for security and functionality

Intellectual Property

iCaelum and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Fasulloland and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Weather data is provided by third-party services and remains the property of their respective owners.

Third-Party Services

iCaelum integrates with various weather data providers and Apple services. Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

Notice: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fasulloland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of iCaelum.

This includes but is not limited to damages from inaccurate forecasts, loss of profits or data, property damage, personal injury based on app information, or service interruptions.

Service Availability

We strive to keep iCaelum available and functional, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with future iOS versions without updates.

Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using iCaelum, you consent to our privacy practices as described.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update the App, modify these Terms with reasonable notice, or discontinue certain features if necessary. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, where Fasulloland is based. Any disputes will be resolved in Danish courts, though we encourage users to contact us directly to resolve issues amicably.
